Abstract:   (127 Views)
Nowadays, dietary immunity is one of the most important issues for the users of agricultural products. Plants continuously face with pathogens and pestilence in their environment. Using chemical toxicants is inevitable which as a result leads to causing a main threat for users' health care. Existence of resistance genes and explaining them via pioneers activated while diseases attack is an efficient way toward producing commercial plants resistant to disease. Biotechnology is known as the resource technology and a unique green revolution to conquer poverty, hunger, and protecting the environment. Utilizing modern biotechnology in agriculture has led to generation of products with a higher level of quality and resistance to pestilence, decreasing production costs (lowering toxicants usage), and generating products with more value. In this research, it is analyzed how producing resistant transgenic plants through modern methods of biotechnology is vital and justifiable. The results of this study show the importance of biotechnology and producing transgenic plants in health protection of agricultural products via analyzing the level of remaining toxicants in ready-to-use products
